Verdyol Biotic Earth Bonded Fiber Matrix (BFM) is an ideal hydraulic growth medium when you have poor soils that need an organic additive and areas that need more erosion control protection.With 70% straw and flexible flax fiber and 20% Canadian Spagnum peat moss and 10% cross linking polymers, mycorrhizae, growth stimulants and micronutrients this product is ideal for extreme areas where you have some topsoil that you would like to add some organic too while have the protection of the BFM.

If the area you need to cover has soil that is very poor you can apply Bioitc Earth Black before the BFM. Do a soil test to determine the amount of organic material the soil has to determine if you need to add more organics.

Use on steep slopes by itself or in channels with a blanket on top as this is a great growing medium for challenging situations.

Perfect for sandy conditions that receive adequate moisture.
